Partner terms, in brief. Credits give an invited family access to one Premium memorial each; they are not cash and cannot be transferred outside your organisation. Claimed memorials are created, owned and controlled by the family. Your staff cannot edit them, see private content or moderate tributes. Only invite people your business has a legitimate reason to contact, and do not put sensitive memorial content in an invitation. Held in Memory may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively; suspending partner access does not itself change the family’s ownership or privacy choices, while memorial availability remains governed by the family’s settings and the site Terms. Refunds remain subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These partner terms sit alongside the site Terms of Use.
